Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Returns due to change of mind
- Return requests made after the delivery date
- Items with removed product tags
- Items that have been used or damaged
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the following situations:
- The delivered product differs from your order
Important:
- In all cases, you must contact us on the day of delivery.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions about the return eligibility of specific products.
Return Process
1. Upon Product Receipt:
- Please check the contents immediately after delivery.
- If you find any defects or issues, contact us on the day of delivery.
2. Return Procedure:
Reach out to our Customer Service team at milanclassic@hotmail.com. To help us process your return quickly, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Your contact details
3. Product Return Shipping:
- When returning items, please use the original packaging materials.
- All accessories and tags must be returned in the condition they were received.
Refund Process
Once we verify the condition of the returned items, our Customer Service team will contact you.
Refund Methods:
- For credit card payments: The transaction will be canceled.
- For other payment methods: A refund will be issued to your designated bank account.
Note:
- If the credit card payment has already been processed, the refund will be issued as a cashback from your credit card company after the charge has been posted.
- Refunds will be transferred to the purchaser’s bank account within 3 business days of confirming receipt of the returned item.
- The actual timing of the refund may vary depending on the processing time of financial institutions.
- For payments made with overseas credit cards: The exchange rate at the time of refund will be applied. Please note that if the exchange rate differs between the time of purchase and the time of refund, the refunded amount may vary from the original payment. Milan Classic will not be responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
